A Day for Women in Motorcycling

Following the fantastic success of our first Ladies Day in 2025, we were delighted to bring the event back in 2026 for an even bigger celebration of women in motorcycling.

Ladies Day 2026 was all about creating a welcoming and supportive space for women riders to come together, share experiences, make new connections and celebrate life on two wheels. From seasoned riders and those who had recently passed their CBT to those returning to riding or simply looking to become part of the motorcycle community, everyone was welcome.

Throughout the day, South Downs Motorcycles became a hub for riders from across the region, bringing together familiar faces and plenty of new ones alongside local riding groups, charities, exhibitors and industry partners.

We Rode, Raffled & Raised for a Great Cause!

Our Ladies Day Charity Raffle brought the community together in support of Mental Health Motorbike, a charity that closely aligns with the values of our team and the wider motorcycling community.

Attendees got involved throughout the day and helped us raise an incredible £416.00, with 100% of the proceeds donated directly to Mental Health Motorbike.

A huge thank you to everyone who purchased a ticket, donated a prize or supported the raffle. It was a brilliant example of what Ladies Day was all about – bringing the motorcycle community together and making a difference.

We Talked, We Learned, We Talked Bikes!

We hosted two exclusive workshop sessions, each limited to just 15 people, giving attendees the opportunity to get involved, ask questions and learn directly from our experts.

From motorcycle maintenance and recommended products to security, bike care and general motorcycle know-how, the sessions covered a range of useful topics in a relaxed and welcoming environment. No question was too simple, making it a great opportunity to learn something new, build confidence and talk all things bikes with the team.

Did Someone Say FREE Vehicle Health Check?

Attendees had the opportunity to take advantage of a FREE Vehicle Health Check for their motorcycle throughout the day!

Between our workshop sessions, our experts were on hand to check over bikes, offer advice and answer any questions, giving riders some extra peace of mind out on the road.

Did You Check Out Rainbow Bowls?

We were thrilled to have Rainbow Bowls joining us on the day, serving up a colourful menu of delicious food and keeping everyone fuelled throughout Ladies Day!

A big shout-out and thank you to the Rainbow Bowls team for joining us and supporting such a great cause.

Joined by Our Industry Partners

We were delighted to be joined on the day by Airoh and BikeTrac, showcasing some of the fantastic products and accessories available here at South Downs Motorcycles.

Our industry partners were on hand throughout the day to share their expert knowledge, talk attendees through their products and showcase exclusive Ladies Day offers. It was a great opportunity for riders to discover the latest gear, technology and accessories, while getting advice directly from the experts.

Caught on camera! Take a look at some of our favourite moments from the day.
